Alison Hiltner lives and works in Minneapolis. Hiltner received a BFA from the University of Kansas and a MFA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She exhibits across the country including solo exhibitions at Spike Gallery, New York; the Museum of Surgical Sciences, Chicago; Heineman Myers Contemporary Art, Washington DC; and the Soo Visual Arts Center, Minneapolis. Alison was a 2004 artist in residence at Sculpture Space and a 2007 Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative Grant Recipient.
