Experience
Vigee Blue has studied at the Accademia in Florence, Italy (where she learned the history), the Llotja in Barcelona, Spain (where she learned passion and color), the School of Visual Art in Manhattan (where she learned the business), and at the Atelier in Minneapolis (where she was polished).
Vigee's painting have raised over $10,000 for charities, including: the Susan G. Komen Foundation, NAMI, G & P Foundation, HRC, the Children’s Diabetes and Leukemia Foundations and Partnership Resources (www.partnershipresources.org).
Her murals can be seen at Camp Friendship in Annandale (www.friendshipventures.org), Minnesota, and at Columbia University’s Biosphere 2 in Tucson, Arizona.
