For the last several years I have been a member to the art organization W.A.R.M.. A Mpls./St.Paul. women's art organization. I do group shows with them as well as individual shows.

RESENT ACTIVITIES TO ADVANCE MY ARTISTIC ABILITIES:  Recently I took a refresher drawing class,
taught by Gary Loch -SCTCC; three workshops from Bonnie Cutts and one
introduction class to her techniques. I have taken two years of computer
classes such as; Illustrator; Photoshop; In Design; Photography & Web page
Design with the intention of getting advertising experience in order to promote
my work and do contract work for other artists and nonprofit agencies.
I offering workshops and classes to other artists and people
of the community. Example: In April I will be holding a class in Melrose Mn.
for adults. The class will cover basic drawing techniques using charcoal and
colored pencil as the mediums. As  my
skills improve I hope to continue to share my skill with some of the  Central Mn. Communities.  In the past I have taught community education
classes in St. Cloud and  Sartell. I have
also substitute taught classes for Art Instructors and taught classes off and
on at the Little Falls Art Center to adults as well as children. I hope to
continue to give workshops to various age groups in the area of Central Mn.

My work has been in the permanent collection of Artists in the Little Falls Art Center for eight years. I show my work there in membership show twice a year.
I have Art shows throughout Minnesota five to six times a year.

I show my work in various Art galleries yearly. At times I show in group shows. Other times I show as an individual artist.

In the last twenty years I have had poems and articles published in several poetry magagines and journals. I also had a line of cards published by a Chicago publishing company by the name of Ministry of the Arts in 2005. Their catalog is sent out internationally every year.
