I have had 11 instrumental works performed since 1994, with the latest performances in December 2009. The third performance of the second movement of my clarinet sonata was on February 19-20 by Zeitgeist after being one of the winners of the Eric Stokes Song Contest.

September 2004-Jerome Foundation Composers Commissioning Program grant received to compose "Woodwind Quintet #3"

1994--"Sonata for 2 Flutes" performed in Pomona CA through NACUSA
12/1995--"Octet" for 4 Winds and 4 Brass performed by faculty and students of Southest Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau MO
January 1996--"Woodwind Quintet #1" performed by the Metro Wind Quintet in St Louis Missouri.
April 2002-"Two Miniatures" for Double Reed Trio-performed by the Double Reed Ensemble of Iowa at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
January 2004-"Sonata for Clarinet & Piano" - performed by clarinetist Russell Harlow and pianist Jed Moss, Salt Lake City Utah.
January 2004 - "Sonata #2" for Two flutes - performed by flutists Laurel Ann Maurer and Nancy Toone, Salt Lake City, Utah.
October 31st, 2004 - "Quintet for Double Reeds" - performed by the Double Reed Ensemble (students) at the University of Iowa in Iowa City IA
December 3, 2006 - Trio for Flute, Clarinet and Piano; performers Miranda Wardell, flute, Melinda Russial, Clarinet and John Jensen, piano performed at First Universalist Church, Minneapolis MN
December 3, 2006 - "Prairie Scenes" for solo Alto flute and solo concert flute, Miranda Wardell soloist, at First Universalist Church Mpls MN

St Louis Post-Dispatch: 1992-1996--Stringer--wrote classical music reviews for four years on almost every type of classical music concert; choral, symphonic, new music, vocal, etc.
"Chorus!" Magazine: 1990-1994--Stringer / Publication out of Duluth
GA / wrote reviews of choral concerts.
Also wrote for a St. Louis MO arts publication "Intermission Magazine" 1990-1996, and contributed articles (non classical music) to the St. Louis Post and articles on arts administration for "Chorus!" magazine.

I have also had several photographs published in the Milwaukee Road (Railroad) Historical Association publication (1990-91 & 2008)
