Bachelor of Music Education Illinois Wesleyan University 1972, Studied with Roland Jordan and John M. Perkins while working on a Masters at Washington University in St. Louis - 1976-1978

I have had 11 instrumental works performed since 1994, with the latest performances in December 2009. The third performance of the second movement of my clarinet sonata was on February 19-20 by Zeitgeist after being one of the winners of the Eric Stokes Song Contest.

April 2002-"Two Miniatures" for Double Reed Trio-performed by the Double Reed Ensemble of Iowa at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
January 2004-"Sonata for Clarinet & Piano" - performed by clarinetist Russell Harlow and pianist Jed Moss, Salt Lake City Utah.

St Louis Post-Dispatch: 1992-1996--Stringer--wrote classical music reviews for four years on almost every type of classical music concert; choral, symphonic, new music, vocal, etc.

GA / wrote reviews of choral concerts.
Also wrote for a St. Louis MO arts publication "Intermission Magazine" 1990-1996, and contributed articles (non classical music) to the St. Louis Post and articles on arts administration for "Chorus!" magazine.

I have also had several photographs published in the Milwaukee Road (Railroad) Historical Association publication (1990-91 & 2008)
