I'm looking for a studio space and 1 or 2 two painters to share it with. I'm looking for something uptown or NE Mpls. Looking to pay about $100-$150 a month. Anyone know anything? Thanks!

sorry wrong Curtis . . . Square-Briggs is one name, long story, but the name goes back without the hyphen quite a ways. Hope you find your friend though, good luck. Back to my previous post, it looks like I may have found something . . .

Hi, I am a new coming artist to the Twin Cities, currently living in Maple Grove. I am looking for either a commercial studio space for painting (ideally with rent around $200) shared, or not, or possibly a live-in studio. Any help would be appreciated. E-mail me at originalninjamaterial@hotmail.com. Thanks.

More than enough room for (2). Charming as all get out. Must see to appreciate. Visual , textile artists, preferred, but open to artists of other stripes.

$ 350.00 per month to share, or $550.00 alone.

LOCATION: The corner of Como Avenue and 26th Avenue S.E. 5 blocks West of Highway 280. 1000 26th Ave. S.E. is 2 blocks South of East Hennepin Avenue.
