thanks Gabe, been enjoying your schizo moments on these posts as well- great imagery and flow. Been laid up all last week and had more time to get back to that thing. Thanks for reading, and Sam, check your email.

A few logs in my fireplace. A fair day. Sweet spot.
Cooked a spaghetti dinner for the guys, then went off to speak at Emerging Digerati. Again at the Weisman, which is a newly meaningfull location now that I hear talk of a Weisman expansion.

After, enjoyed a nice meeting of future world record holders at SpyHouse.
There are now set in motion, energies and forces beyond comprehension. The end result being a 100,000 balloon - water balloon fight. Hopefully at the state fair next summer. won't that be something? CNN, the mayors, Guinness book, grandstand....

Hey, score 1 for historic buildings -> South Dakotas Tallest building, STILL the tallest

i got a two hole leather belt. the rock-star type you see in uptown. paid 3 bucks for it on franklin ave from a crackhead guy, out of a ladies bag. seemed like a steal.

gave myself a black eye once, fight club style. shit, i just would'nt shut up. whats to lose?

burning light with no sound. grasping at and embracing still. cancerous decay of self-loathing sub-culture, to lessen the bodies laying around.

already started new years resolutions and such. live in my own world anyways. i don't like time in a line. outside everything, what need of i for its concepts. i remember elementary gym in northern MN. we would always have the same "leaders" pick teams. must'tve been around 1980. i remember this kid with these really old school braces on his legs. noisy moving metal. a lot of work to move. naturally, he was guaranteed last pick almost everytime. i would be second to last. i remember sitting there as they paused, "uh, i pick..." not looking at, so aware of each other. they say we pick our own position in life.

they actually clipped me, and took out a chunk. it evolved itself as it grew back. so i decided to keep burning it off.

i was'nt afraid of the pain, but of the incompacitating lacerations.

i burnt off half a tattoo on new years once. 1998. flesh does melt. it gets soft. if you don't find a balance, you'll add yourself to the chemical, instead of the chemical to yourself. don't buy that opposistional shit between evolution and creationism. both concepts seem to be based on a perpetually growing light. i think a lot of big concepts are relayed in a way one (or more than one) can get it. "those with ears, let them hear" and then even very smart people cut it down too much, to the point of not gettin high, for profit.

After tech demo lux and sitting in on a Lee Anderson class at the university, cooking and dishes. I'm going down to Arcadia to meet with Stevens Square people about an even we must organize. Part of the CLI class.

It is experimental Tuesday. Andrew B from FOG will be performing. I think I'll stick around for that and have some beer.
Gabe I don't know what time you get in, but if it's still before 11 or so, stop in?

I did see good things earlier. 3d models of the proposed condo developments @ Pillsbury A mills site. (Never to be built, I protest!)
So sweet. I walk around and the projection in front of me moves on a 180 degree wrap, changing perspective as I peak around and over buildings. I find the representation of No Name Exhibitions and dive under the ground finding the streetscapes choppy elevation map to look like underground parking. I poke my head back up through the ground to see I am inside the virtual Soap. Mission accomplished for that happy moment. I back out through the walls and condos, to the overview. I examine Steve Minns west facing balconies.

Mode/time switch.

I'm looking at a 3d laser scan of the Stone arch bridge. It is comprised of tens of thousands of colored spheres. A cloud of colored light. There are effects to make it look like a painting or a sketch. Guide plays with the settings and we marvel at the art. Content and form. There are people on the bridge, but they are figures made of marbles. The way the lazer detected the lamps make it look like snow crystals were falling. It's not a realist sim, but a romantic, immersive impressionist bubble gum psychedelic.

Mode/time switch.

I'm looking at a photorealistic model of the hallway upstairs. I'm wearing a headmount VR helmet. The chrome door lock and handle, are master pieces.

Students build invisable boxes in space. The teacher shows how to paint in 3d on "air". I construct 2 cubic volumes on a tablet pc, for feedback test.
