NAhhh, I was creating a new word culture for myself... eh.. like this;

Table top nebula
ping swift truth
sway dance breathing

I'll just stop there because i'm in a rush/

Wheres the medalion!
Jim Walsh did the research
Bob Dylan in the snow bank
Some cooler crew dreams now

Scramble blind night vision twisting
Recent reactive spark gap missing
Universal capasitor language listening
Heart pump clean with blood stars fishing

Fish stick rolex bites laptop singing
fair winter downtown
maze manufactured elk heard blury.

Croppy flopping untill tsunami crashes catcher
Freely breathing in the newest ocean now
Salty tounge eye lash

I like this kind of poetry you have going on Ray. It gives me flashes of all of these things in my mind and they change with almost every word. Is that the goal or just your thought process written out?

A mix of both. It's like trying to learn a noetic healing language of the soul. Technicaly it's "automatic writing" or auto-purisim. But not strictly, because I censor and edit the thoughts as granted. The regular way to do it is to Write the first word that comes to you and then keep writing the words without stopping to read what you've writen. If you find yourself censoring or blocked at a loss for new words, you're suposed to have one letter previously choosen to get the first word you think of begining with that letter. This should put your mind back in flow. Just don't censor, and don't read what you've writen untill you're done.

I did that in the first auto-association poem, but now I kinda mix the mysterious thoughts with talent dirived words to change my mind map. Something to do with cortical-limbic brain systems. Hahah. I steer my limbic flow to healing mode. Sometimes I suprize myself. Writing the pure thoughts as they are generated also bridges the conscious mind with the subconscious.

I remember writing something neat once uppon a time, check it out;

My galixy song
is a budding flower
on a spiral arm.

that was a beautiful haiku Ray! I get lost in thought sometimes when you explain your ideas. Its awesome. I really love reading through your posts. I feel like i have just latched to your hip through posts. I do apoligize.
I will give this new world culture when I run out of things to think about or want an escape from thinking about my obvious reality.

Forgive me for interjecting, Ray and Shannon, but based on some of the things you've been saying here, I thought you might both really enjoy a poem by Thomas Lux, entitled, "The Voice You Hear When You Read Silently." I have a copy of it in a collection he published a few years ago (New and Selected Poems: 1975-1995), but I found a link to someone else who has it posted on the web:

http://www.tnellen.com/cybereng/poetry/lux.html

I think it beautifully expresses the power of connotation and personal voice.

And Ray, thanks for sharing your thoughts on poetic expression with us.

Oh thank YOU Lesli. The Lux (meaning light) poem inspires understanding.

Shannon, you flatter me. Try not to get to lost. :

Lesli I did enjoy that poem. It puts into words what I couldn't even begin to explain. Thanks for joining the conversation Lesli.
Ray, you take compliments well!

Sory to be short, I wasn't feeling poetic. But i'm glad that worked for ya.
My "thought frame" right now just consists of a bunch of disaster and acronyms for 3d modeling and media standards.

I was reading back on this thread and I had that line about "Cropy floping untill tsunami crashes catcher" on december 14th. Weird. I wish I knew what I was doing. I mean, it's not nosterdamus but oh, lets hope everyone is really wrong about yellowstone for a few more years......
