Hi - I am looking to share studio space in the Twin Cities where I can do some woodworking. I have my own tools and would spend time there on the weekends or evenings. I do it for the enjoyment of the craft and have a regular 40 hour job. My timeframe is late April or May. - Gary

Hi...I'm taking the lease for a split and lofted studio space..I'm looking for a "studiomate" as early as the middle of April..you would have the larger half with the most loft area (nearly 600sq.ft. total)...concrete floors, large windows (indirect light all day-great for painters)etc. For more info see Chad Paulson's posts on pages 2 and 4,etc. of this forum. e-mail: danielkalal@yahoo.com or call,(612)331-6023 oh yeah, the monthly rent is $225..(deposit negotiable)

WANTED: SMALL, AFFORDABLE STUDIO SPACE

I am a painter who also does some light wood working (building stretchers and supports, etc). I'm looking for a small studio space for myself or a space shared by one or more artists. Ideally, rent would be around $150.

Please contact me if you offer such a space or know of an opening. gs421@earthlink.net

My lover and I will be moving to Minneapolis in mid summer. We are seeking a commercial/residential property to rent in Uptown/S. Minneapolis. An ideal property would have a commercial/studio space on street level and living space in rear or above. We have a Beagle and would ideally like a small fenced area.

Rent preferably less then $1,500 per month.

Looking for a Great Studio Space in MPLS?
Local production space is creating a new artists co-op (one of the last remaining in a city being overrun by condo lofts!)

Seeking several individuals who would like to share a 2400 Sq. Ft. Warehouse district loft with other creative people. This is a great space with good energy! Large open area with lots of windows (W and S exposure) convenient location. This space has a bathroom and full kitchen inside. Rent is only $350.. Also available for daily rentals or short term rentals. THIS IS NOT A LIVE IN.

If interested please contact Nathan at Nathan@vmgmpls.com or 612-272-1437.

Need a practice space!

Anything from 700 - 1500 sq feet needed for a jam space for me and my friends. Currently have a studio in a residential area and am running into problems playing music at night. We all don't get done with day jobs until around 7 and just like to rock out, so a place without anybody living within earshot would be great!

Flexible on rent and everything, just really need to get out of our current space ASAP.

Thanks!

I'm looking for a Music space as well. I'm not sure how many of these places listed would work for Rock and Electronic music. Not bone crushing, but good, loud rock and roll. Does anyone know about any good music rehersal/project studio places, or have any tips on contacting building owners managers about this?

thanks,
josh
