I agree with Szucs' observation that the percentage is disproportionate. And without Feminism, we would quickly fall backwards, which I have no interest in. Unfortunately, it is rarely the person that deserves the payback that recieves it, not that I see Feminism as a revenge thing. The faithful male ends up with the unfaithful female all to often these days, with the rise of Feminism. Independant and faithful need to go a little more hand in hand, if we are to reach a compromise, without which, we gain nothing. This kind of gets off track from the article, but maybe not so far.

So what of the *still* uneven income level, Bob? You got a lot of some history down, why are there so many more shows dominated by males? You always complain of no one answering or reacting to the points you bring up, well, take the points from her Feminist Blockbuster and explain these things. Seriously, why is Feminism over if things still appear to be uneven? I'll need an answer when my daughter asks these sorts of questions.

Well, thanks anyways. I have'nt met too many people who even think they actually can answer those sorts of questions, and often when they do answer, one experiences angst with no actual info or answer. Well, I don't know either. Gotta keep asking though, as I really will need some logical explanation in a few years.

However, you bringing up the actual real name at the WAC makes me think that Suzanne should just straight contact these places for a follow up article on the answers she recieved. Ms. Szucs, I and others would love to hear what they say. If no response, a letter to the editorial of the CP or Star Trib. You already have a published article to reference. Just a thought, and it'd prolly get ya paid for another article here, no matter what the end result was.

Nooooooooo! Oh well. I'm not one to criticize innovative linguistics anyhow.

""Irregardless is a word that many people mistakenly believe to be correct usage in formal style, when in fact it is used chiefly in nonstandard speech or casual writing. The word was coined in the United States in the early 20th century, probably from a blend of irrespective and regardless. Perhaps this is why some critics insist that there is “no such word” as irregardless, a charge they would not think of leveling at a nonstandard word with a longer history, such as ain’t. Since people use irregardless, it is undoubtedly a word. But it has never been accepted in Standard English and is usually changed by editors to regardless before getting into print.""

wow, cool, I forgive you Bob. And I've got to say I'm sory for the same dang things.
I think you'll be back. We're all branching out into other venues. Right now, it seems to be all about bloggers patting each other on the back. I've enjoyed your writings as hyper-referenced art works. If your work here is truly done, I can only thank you for some great passages.
