Hi! This listing is under Live/Work Spaces, but it doesn't sound like living there is feasible. Is that the case? Also, how much is the rent?

My lover and I will be moving to Minneapolis in mid summer. We are seeking a commercial/residential property to rent in Uptown/S. Minneapolis. An ideal property would have a commercial/studio space on street level and living space in rear or above. We have a Beagle and would ideally like a small fenced area.

Rent preferably less then $1,500 per month

Fantastic 1500 square foot artist loft available now on the third floor of the Roberts Shoe Store building on the corner of Chicago Avenue and Lake Street directly across the street from the old Sears building( which is undergoing a $180,000,000.00 renovation). This unique space is on the third floor of a building containing mostly artists. Over half the space has hardwood floors. The space has 12 windows which face north, south, and west. The space has 10 to 17 foot ceilings and contains two separate lofts. This space also includes a dedicated bathroom with a tub, which is across the hall from the space. The building has buzz-in security with parking in the rear. The rent is $1000.00 per month. Please contact Mark @ Roberts Shoe Store at 612-823-7229 for details.
