I am an artist in the Rossmor building currently paying $550 for 850 sq ft. I must move out by Dec 31. Looking for a new space in St. Paul or Minneapolis. Bare-bones warehouse with water, preferable. To be turned into a multi-media gallery much like those formerly in the Rossmor. Am I just dreaming? Please email me at exceptionals@yahoo.com or call 651-222-4373. Thanks.

Need a room? Yes I do :/December or January. I am an artist. My name is Frank III. I do painting or image making in mix media. A singer song writer now, I play accoustic guitars. Already a one time published author and am working toward my next fun break. I do film.

I would prefer something in the way of $300. A transgender friendly. E-mail me back at dyaave@yahoo.com or leave messages at 612.215.3050.

I am looking for a large place that we can work and live. We am looking for a place in minneapolis AND I do not have to move until July. But in July I want to make sure I can fine a great place so I am looking now . Do any of you know of any good places that have waiting lists that I could get on? I am looking for lots of space and it does not have to be a studio but that would be great. I need wide open spaces. Where I am now is starting to become WAY to small. I am a seamstress and my fiance is an artist also. We have great refrences and would like to find a place we can stay for years to come. Any ideas would be great!!!Thank you, ann email me at annrocks73@yahoo.com

I am looking for a space to share for art-a-whirl and the st. paul art crawl. I am willing to pay for the opportunity to share a space for specific events like these. Also if any one can lead me to other opportunities for artists that do not have studios where these events happen.

I know that there is a group show with art-a-whirl is there anything similar in st.paul?

thanks

I would be interested if you still have something available for 3/1/04. I'm relocating to the area and have 2 cats if that's okay.

Thanks,
Regina
