Another great Space coming available August 1st. in the Thorp Building (birthplace of art-a-whirl and participant of first thursdays in the arts district). This is a small artist/studio space...431 SF renting for $337.53, which includes everything (rent, utilities, taxes, trash). It has great light through two windows a hardwood floor and two brick walls. There is also a storage loft on one side of the space to which there could be a possible office/storage space below. A must see! Send me an e-mail laura_meier@sanderco.com, or give me a call at 612.781.6565 with any questions.

Hello,
I am looking for a small artist studio in the Seward neighborhood - Are you renting these spaces separately and if so, what would the rental fee be?
Thank you.

Need a place to live. A visual artist so would like to have a small space to do my work. I generally prefer to live in South Minneapolis. But will consider any place. Since I'm nearly a full time student I won't be able to pay more than a flat 300.00 a month. If the rent is higher and you wish to have a Deaf woman living in as a tutor, maybe this can be consider to be reduce for rent. Need to move in by Sept 1. Will consider other options for reduced rent.

Space #2: 250 square feet, one room.
the rent is $300.00

I'm a bit confuse... I have been looking at some posts regarding studio. What I'm looking for is a live-in studio. When you mentioned " commercial/studio", how do I know if this is a place where an artist can live in. I know this may seem obvious but just wanted to double check. Thanks
