Midwest Edge is an e-zine that is, above all else, designed to highlight the region's diverse arts scene. We want to keep artists in the region, not continually lose them to New York or Hell-A. By shedding light on the fantastic work that is being produced in our own backyards, we hope create a supportive, nurturing creative environment that would be impossible - and unneccessary - to leave.
The site launched earlier this month and is a bit lean, but this is just the beginning.
In the coming weeks, we'll be adding a search engine and events calendar and increasing our content.
