Capstone Gallery at FrameUps announces a call for art for a silent art auction to raise funds for Minnesotans United for All Families, an orgainization dedicated to defeating the amendment that would limit the freedom to marry for same-sex couples. www.mnunited.com

Deliver artwork Sat. July 14th thru Tuesday, July 17th or by appointment. Gallery hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs - 10 to 6, Weds - 10 to 8, Fri & Sat - 10 to 5 Sun - 10 to 3 but call first.
One to two works per artist. All 2D and 3D artwork accepted. Not limited to Minnesota artists. All artist's must be at least 18 years of age. Work can be framed or unframed and should not exceed about 24" in any direction. Work does not need to themed. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork for any reason.
FrameUps is offering 50% off full framing for works for the auction. Some limitations apply. Deadline for framing: July 8th.
You can send a jpeg, 300 dpi, not larger tha 1500 pixels wide for promotion purposes. Include artist, title, medium and size in the body of the email. This is not required.
Postcards will be available at no cost for promotional purposes.
Each artwork must have a minimum bid. Artist's may opt to receive up to half of the winning bid price. The entire balance goes to Minnesotans United for All Families.
The auction will run from 6 until 8:30 followed by distribution of sold artwork. You may pick up work after the auction or on the weekend following the auction. Work is insured for half the value of the minimum bid, not to exceed 30 days after the auction.
