Default Politics in Art
Politics in Art. In particular we will focus on a discussion of the The Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment on the upcoming election ballot.

Unfortunately this is not posted in the correct area, because this scheduled "featured forum" never happened. I cannot post new featured forums, so this here.

Perhaps now that the bill has passed, someone may want to discuss the potential impact. What does it mean for local artists? Or is the administrative function mum about it because they have their vacuums on full bore?

Default The Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment
Hi Ray,

The reason the forum has not happened is that we are working with the State Arts Board and gathering more information before we launch the discussion. I assure you that I know just as much as you at this point. We are hoping to have a lengthly Q&A with the Arts Board to launch the online forum and potentially an offline forum as well. We have a responsibility to report correct information and to avoid creating additional issues by posting speculation.

It just didn't make sense to launch a forum without all of the information. Look for the piece late January.

If you have other questions or concerns feel free to contact me directly.

best,

Scott Stulen
