Twin Rivers Councilfor the Arts is an information hub for the eclectic mix of arts and culture available in Mankato and the surrounding region. Housed in the beautiful Emy Frentz Arts Guild, TRCA is in the heart of a growing arts and historic district in Mankato's City Center and includes a gallery and studio space for artists.
TRCA works to coordinate efforts that better position arts in the community. We connect arts and cultural organizations with supporters and help to find creative solutions for issues that impact arts.
