Statement of Purpose
This organization is formed as a charitable non-profit educational group to produce and stage theatrical entertainment; to promote an interest in worthy plays, including original works, and the interpretation thereof; to interest the membership and the public in literary accomplishments especially in the theatrical fields; to establish workshops and afford an opportunity of development and enjoyment to those, including children, interested in the arts, especially dramatic arts; and to foster a consciousness of community betterment. All funds, whether income or principle and whether acquired by gifts or contributions, or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.

Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's chilling, heart-pounding masterpiece of murderous "barber-ism" and culinary crime tells the infamous tale of the unjustly exiled barber who returns to 19th century London seeking revenge against the lecherous judge who framed him and ravaged his young wife. "Sweeney Todd" has a great sense of fun, mixing intense drama with howlingly funny moments of dark humor.
