Mission

The Terrace Mill Foundation was organized to assume the management and ownership of the historic Terrace Mill. Title to the mill was acquired from Chippewa Falls Township in March,1979, and the Keystone Arch Bridge was deeded to the Foundation in July, 1980. In October 1980 the log house was donated to the foundation and moved to its present location near the bridge. The Davidson estate, including the Heritage Cottage was purchased in April, 1982.

The Terrace Mill Foundation is an all volunteer organization. The only employee is our site manager, Steven Jensen. Otherwise volunteers do everything else. There is an annual meeting of the membership in June when a board of directors and president is elected to handle the day to day operation of the foundation.
