Created July 2009, presented at PS122 in New York City Thursday July 30th - Saturday August 1st. &#xD; &#xD;The video performance created as the "overture" to CATCH SERIES / NEAL MEDLYN / BRENDAN KENNEDY / PS122 's "WHY WON'T YOU LET ME BE GREAT" performance evening of short works set to Kanye Wests' 2008 Album "808 and Heartbreaks." In accordance with the structure of the evening, the "overture" was constructed to increase association between each performing artist presenting that night and the song title which they would be performing under.&lt;br/&gt;</description>

(full evening length) featured additional performance by[/u]&#xD; &#xD;Andy Sturdevant, Megan Mayer, Kristin Van Loon, Sara Shaylie, and Kristin Abhalter, and was created with the assistance of Kevin Obsatz.&#xD; &#xD;[b]Some Notes on THNYALAR+H![/b]&#xD; &#xD;It contained certain pieces of information that may or may not pertain to Minneapolis or New York City, undesirable spaces, desirable Real Estate, Elliott or his family, and will contain words, movement, lies, media and actions including &amp;ldquo;tutoring or coaching, rapid-fire drawing and sculpting, a magic-lantern show presentation, photography and film projection, declamation, singing, stage directing, choreographing, dancing and, . . .       <title>Skewed Visions' "Strange Love"</title>

My contribution included design of an audio score for the 'device' installation space and the media (audio and video) component of the Performance segment.&#xD;&#xD;Device was created by Sean Kelley-Pegg and Performance by Charles Campbell.&#xD;&#xD;Samples of the work are included in video excerpts.&#xD;&#xD;An extended process via the Electric Eyes New Media and Music commission allowed for the development of a research work entitled "I CAN WALK! Appliance Songs by Doctor Strangelove." It was performed in June o 2007 at the Southern Theater.&#xD;&#xD;The first of many incarnations at its first performance at the 9' x 22' Dance Lab  in March 2007.&#xD;&#xD;[a href="http://skewedvisions.org/apps/blog/?p=143"]View performance[/a] of 'Strange Love Moves' by Charles Campbell of [a href="http://www.skewedvisions.org"]Skewed Visions[/a], held at 9 x 22 Dance Lab in March of 2007. &lt;br/&gt;</description>
