Handcrafted leather & glass brooch by 3Fine Design®.
Brooch: 4cm in diameter - This piece will be sold signed on the back.
This is a scalloped cowhide leather brooch with a gorgeous glass button as the focal piece. The glass button has embossed swirling lines, details, leaves & scallops in lovely shades of pink & green with a lustrous finish. From a side view, additional beautiful colors appear. The glass button is 1.25" in diameter. The leather has been stained a tea (or moss) green, coated for protection & polished to a nice sheen. The back of the brooch has a 1" locking pinback.
The leather is 4cm in diameter & 3mm thick. Photos of the front, back & sides are provided (please click on photos to enlarge).

This is a cowhide leather pendant that was hand drawn, carved, beveled, tooled, dyed & sealed for protection. The color of the pendant is a rich medium brown with a warm reddish tone. The dichroic glass has bright stunning shades of blue, green, pink, gold & black that sparkle & dazzle. The bail is 14kt gold plated & will accommodate a wide variety of chains, wires or necklace cords. It can be dressed up or down. The oval pendant measures 7cm tall & 4.5cm wide. 3Fine Design® Amber Glow Beaded Cabochon

Since Autumn is almost here I wanted to create a piece in celebration & anticipation of this beautiful & golden time of year. This pendant focal is a gorgeous amber synthetic cabochon that has lovely "floating" particles inside that give it depth & visual interest. I decided to do a layered look with lots of texture incorporating gold colored Czech size 11/0 seed beads, 4mm round glass beads & a raw edge finished with shiny Japanese size 6/0 seed beads that have autumnal shades of cranberry & plum. The pendant is handstitched using bead embroidery techniques. The backside is finished with Ultrasuede®. 3Fine Design®: Art that adorns you.
