This semi-realistic porcelain piece is comprised of three constructed pieces of porcelain. As of April, 2007, it my most recent work and was inspired by a child I know. This piece reflects my growing interest in creating realistic portraits sculpted in porcelain coupled with an impressionistic application of color using stains fired to approximately 1800o+.
