Saturdays, Sundays and one or more weekdays.
- We will use our skills as art educators and fiber artists to conduct weekly workshops in the shanty. These may include felting, quilting, crochet, knitting, sewing (hand and machine), embroidery, knotting, printmaking, depending on materials and facilities.
- We will host dinner/tea parties inside our shanty. These will serve to showcase and discuss weekly progress on the space, and provide a place for social interaction among the greater shanty community.
- During all other open hours the shanty will function as an open studio, during which people can bring piecework or use materials in the shanty to create new additions. Assistance will be provided by the artists during this time.
