When Charmin Michelle was looking for a dress for her new CD HOT, nothing said hot as red, and she does indeed look magnificent in this red dress I designed for her. The pleats in the bodice and skirt are not casually located but carefully designed to bring a game of lights and shadows that would complement Charmin beautiful figure. Yes, Hot is her music, and hot is the dress.
