As part of the preliminary work leading up to the 2011 Laundry Series, these works were a study of landscape using simple compositions, first with color familiar to the Minnesota landscape, then whited out to carve in elements of the landscape and "cycle" of the day.


The play on word Cycle, is in reference to our environment cycle in comparision to the laundry cycle.
