Flag Accordian with miniature photos of the Walker Sculpture Garden in Minneapolis, MN.
The Guthrie Blue (future crayola color, I believe) is the inspiration of this journal
Opened into a crazy accordian
July 2007 I participated in a Split Rock Arts experience at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis. It was called Visual Journalling: An Exploration of the Urban Landscape; instructed by artist Julie Baugnet.
A few journals came out of the experience, but the inspiration still hits me every day.
This experience was made possible from funding from the Five Wings Arts Council and the McKnight Foundation. (Yeah! Thanks so much!)
