An unflappably harebrained chronicle of Camden’s Hopewell Tuberculosis Hospital, in which machiavellian trickster and compulsive licorice nibbler (the Mississippi River) shows City Workhouse inmates that there’s a difference between being slick and being all wet. It’s interactive and family friendly, with a pinch of the peculiar.
