"Debuting in the middle of a blizzard March 1, the cooperative Form + Content gallery in Minneapolis' Warehouse District is a sleek, elegant and welcoming place. The opening show, "Trace Elements," samples work by all 11 gallery members plus two guest artists..

As its name promises, the gallery intends to showcase art in which substantive content is expertly and sensitively formed. The opening show ranges from pastel abstractions by Jil Evans and lovely drawings of bird-nest fragments by Lynda Monick-Isenberg, to a powerful silk-screened indictment of domestic violence by Leah Golberstein, poignant memorials to lost lives by Howard Oransky, and a subtle sculpture by Jay Isenberg that simultaneously suggests tomb, wailing wall, crematorium and renewal." –Mary Abbe, Star and Tribune, March 08, 2007
