My anger was at a high point and I decided to use those feelings in a painting. I also made myself create it in 3 hours (I timed it) so I wouldn't lose the emotion.

I painted then went to bed. Woke up and made a few changes, but nothing major. I think this makes the work fresh and alive because it wasn't over worked or analyzed.
