This painting was special! A portrait of my father and a glimpse of what he loves to do - fix and tinker. As a young man he rode bicycles, graduated to motercycles and taught his children how to balance and ride a bike. Now in his senior years, he is doing a service to the community by fixing bikes and recycling them back to new owners. Perhaps the title reflects how life circles around us and we come back to beginnings. Image 15x22 140# watercolor paper.

"Circle of Life" was featured as a short clip on a local television show. My father was surprised how afterwards he was able to be recognized by strangers just from viewing the painting. All my brothers and sisters appreciate their own copy of my father in his element.
