The Captain, his companion and each wave crest are sculpted in solder, with various patinas to give a 3D image. When hung on a wall, indirect lighting will cast the shadow of the sail on the backgroung wall, adding depth to the picture. This is an interpretation of an oil painting. Size 21 x 19". Frame has a stone finish.
