Statement

This work has been inspired not only by the context of the college campus, but also from the landscape features of the surrounding area. The predominant sculptural element, comprised of multiples of the same form, alludes to an open book. It's gentle curvilinear shape also suggests the flow of water as well as the region's topographical changes.
