Statement

When I painted this, I wanted to show more than just the Bread and Wine with the stained glass window, I also wanted to show a little bit of history. The Greek letters IXOYC , "Ikthus", inside the symbol of the fish on the wall, is the Greek name for fish symbolizing the name of Jesus in the early Christian Church. This is a burnished metal painting.
