The "branch" in this piece is made from birch wood joined and carved into a tree-like form. It is captured inside of a cabinet made from reclaimed walnut. The carving is also burnt in detailed areas to achieve a dimensional finish.

The cabinet is made to function in that it can hold a few small objects,
things that are beautiful, and special for you. Just as well it is a
beautiful sculpture to hang on the wall. This cabinet is mounted using
keyhole fasteners which are in the back of the piece that sit on two
screws in the wall.
The cabinet measures 30" long, 10" tall, and 6" deep.
