In this unique stained glass panel, tendrils of sunlight intertwine with roots. Inbetween the two, energy is manifested in the yellow flowers.

General statement on stained glass:

Stained glass is a kinetic art form. Sunlight streams through the glass to energize the colors and fill them with life. I like to view stained glass as a metaphor of photosynthesis. It displays the sun's energy that brings sustenance to our being. While not all of my pieces make a direct connection to this idea, this is what draws me to stained glass.
