Statement

Proprietary Information is a trade secret. It refers to the secret information that is the content of the chemicals used for gas "fracking". When people are sickened by these chemicals, they can't even be told what the chemicals are that are making them sick, not even by their doctors. The chemical information is called Proprietary Information, a trade secret. This practice threatens everyone in the United States as more and more gas fracking will occur in the future.
