Statement

This is a watercolor scene of shoppers in San Jose.  It’s currently in a members juried
show in Hopkins, Minnesota, where it will be until the end of October. 

It’s a scene I photographed in November 2010,
when I visited Costa Rica for two weeks. I spent two days people
watching in the largest city and capital, San Jose, which is always full
of interesting people with their kids.

The Hopkins Art Center is holding this show at the Art Center, 1111 Mainstreet, Hopkins, Minnesota, now through October 22.
